Description

Camilla Shearman joined SEED in 2019 as a Research Analyst at SEED’s hosting partner adelphi research, focusing on social and environmental entrepreneurship and inclusive business. Before joining adelphi, Camilla gained experience in strategic partnerships and ecosystem building at a social business accelerator in northern Tanzania. As part of this work, she also managed projects on innovation ecosystem research and entrepreneur training development. Camilla studied her Masters in Economics and Business with a focus on sustainability at Sciences Po Paris, and conducted her capstone project with the European Investment Bank on civil society engagement in international financial institutions. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Peace, Conflict, and Justice Studies from the University of Toronto, Canada.
