IMPACT Initiatives

Deputy Executive Director - Research & Advocacy

Currently working as the Deputy Executive Director of IMPACT Initiatives (2019 - ), a leading Geneva-based think-and-do tank which aims to improve the impact of humanitarian, stabilisation and development action through data, partnerships and capacity building programmes. With over 400 staff members, including assessment, data analysis, GIS experts and field professionals, IMPACT teams are present in over 20 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Before joining IMPACT, I worked as Executive Director (2016-2019) for Convergences, platform for thought, advocacy and mobilization in Europe that promotes Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the fight against poverty, exclusion and climate change in developed countries as well as in the developing countries. I had previously spent 8 years in the field in various countries across Africa with the NGO ACTED, as Africa Regional Director, in charge of external relations and advocacy and previously Country Director in Chad and then in South Sudan.
