Description

Co-director of Sea Shepherd Global, Lamya Essemlali founded the French branch in 2006 and has been its chairwoman since 2008. Lamya Essemlali holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and specializes in Biodiversity Conservation. She has participated in and/or organized more than 30 field missions for Sea Shepherd France and International. She is also an author and lecturer, and regularly speaks in the media and at numerous events related to current ecological issues.
