Fanny Picard began her professional life in mergers & acquisitions consulting at Rothschild & Co before joining Danone and then Wendel, where she managed investments. She then created Alter Equity, the first French fund in the non-listed sector, whose strategy was to invest in companies to support the public interest in its dual social and environmental dimensions, creating the concept of positive impact finance.
