Description

Caroline holds a Master Degree in Human Geography and has over 25 years of experience in the field of gender and development. She joined Hivos in 2007 and ENERGIA in 2017. She strongly believes that women and men should have equal and equitable access to and control over sustainable energy services as an essential right to development. Prior to joining Hivos, Caroline worked as a gender specialist for various organisations such as the FAO, in projects in West-Africa and Asia.
