Innovation Project Manager in Circular Economy.

Description

The Sustainable Innovation Institute is looking for an Innovation Project Manager in Circular Economy. The applicant will be involved in overseeing the overall implementation of a European collaborative R&D project focusing on the circular economy in textiles, working closely with partners such as Decathlon, Petit Bateau, VITO, etc. This position requires a multidisciplinary and open-minded profile, with the ability to work with stakeholders in different sectors. The candidate will be coached by senior project managers to be able to efficiently take on the role. The candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the following activities: 1. Project management (PMO) Project monitoring and follow-up (actions, deliverables and milestones) Preparing project meetings and events Contractual and financial monitoring, "helpdesk" for project partners 2. Strategy Facilitating design thinking workshops Strategic studies (business modelling, IP management…) 3. Communication and dissemination Designing and implementing an awareness-raising campaign aimed at the general public Organising webinars, participating in events, and monitoring partners’ efforts to disseminate project results Requirements Essential for the role At least 3 years of hands-on H2020 project experience Understanding of the concept of circular economy, relevant experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Additional expectations Knowledge of exploitation methodologies Knowledge of communication/dissemination methods and prior experience with various communication tools Knowledge of other funding frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, additional language skills will be considered an advantage Personal skills Very fast learner Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability for teamwork Results-oriented mindset, including the ability to work both at macro and micro levels Good analytical thinking with an ability to summarise and present results Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities in an international and fast-moving work environment Start-up culture, ability to work independently; proactively address issues and troubleshoot problems Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth Ability to travel internationally, mostly in Europe What we offer Permanent position (CDI) Full time HQ in Paris (11th district), possibility to be located anywhere in France Salary package corresponding to experience; the institute’s policy includes accident insurance, partial coverage of medical insurance, and partial coverage of public transport fares (Pass Navigo) To start as soon as possible How to apply Please fill in this form (https://form.jotform.com/211263640164346) to submit your application, and our hiring team will contact you
