The Sustainable Innovation Institute is looking for an Innovation Project Manager in Circular Economy.
The applicant will be involved in overseeing the overall implementation of a European collaborative R&D project focusing on the circular economy in textiles, working closely with partners such as Decathlon, Petit Bateau, VITO, etc. This position requires a multidisciplinary and open-minded profile, with the ability to work with stakeholders in different sectors. The candidate will be coached by senior project managers to be able to efficiently take on the role. The candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of the following activities:
1. Project management (PMO)
Project monitoring and follow-up (actions, deliverables and milestones)
Preparing project meetings and events
Contractual and financial monitoring, "helpdesk" for project partners
2. Strategy
Facilitating design thinking workshops
Strategic studies (business modelling, IP management…)
3. Communication and dissemination
Designing and implementing an awareness-raising campaign aimed at the general public
Organising webinars, participating in events, and monitoring partners’ efforts to disseminate project results
Requirements
Essential for the role
At least 3 years of hands-on H2020 project experience
Understanding of the concept of circular economy, relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Additional expectations
Knowledge of exploitation methodologies
Knowledge of communication/dissemination methods and prior experience with various communication tools
Knowledge of other funding frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, additional language skills will be considered an advantage
